چکیده
As core elements of photoelectric displacement measurement, installation coaxiality and rotation parallelism are the main factors affecting measurement accuracy. When there is a processing error or an offset in process structural elements, plane grating disk will be tilted, which seriously affects accuracy angular measurements. In this study, caused by inclination was analyzed method to eliminate presented. First, model established analyzing mechanism tilting, analysis showed that tilt “double cycle” fluctuation circle.
